A F Connell Ltd undertook the co-ordination design, installation, testing and commissioning of all the mechanical, electrical and plumbing services. We were fully integrated into the design team to provide a fully functional facility for the University and ISG Construction. The services installed include ventilation, domestic hot and cold water systems, full electrical distribution systems including metering and associated switchgear, all lighting, lighting controls, PV, power, security, CCTV, door entry, data systems, fire alarm, smoke ventilation and life safety generator and services etc.
